Coaching uses scientific data-focused methods to sketch an outline of an executive’s potential and pitfalls; then, an object on looker (coach) applies color to the canvas by bringing out the human elements of corporate life that are so critical to any executive’s success and our general enjoyment in life.

I did not need more knowledge. I needed someone to watch my technique help me find strengths and potential pitfalls; then to help plot a direction that focused on my strengths and ways to make my weakness irrelevant. In the business world it is difficult for a coach to observe someone’s ‘technique’ and more difficult to fully understand the “sport” and contexts at play: enter the tools. The tools were a process (and “Processes aid the weak!!”) that were well utilized to suss out the areas where Larry elevated my performance.

Anyone can take a personality test; having a licensed professional seasoned via real-world corporate battles coach you throw the data is what creates value. And even more important is having someone walk you through the connections between tools.
