Our team recently participated in True as Steel: Recognition and Feedback Workshop, a custom-designed session developed by Larry Keiter Coaching. This workshop focused on key themes, including alignment with Gallup’s Q12 and Clifton Strengths, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, effective feedback, and the principles from Stephen M.R. Covey’s Speed of Trust.
